Reverse engineering

A go to supplier for customers who want to re-create a component in composite. Often these are older parts where no moulds exist but a new piece is required.

01 Scan

The original part is captured as a point cloud on our 3D scanner, so no drawings are needed. Damaged and distorted areas are recorded exactly as they are, then worked out at the model stage.
